THE SUPERNATURALIST VIRAL GAME TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

If you use this website (the "Website"), you are regarded as having accepted the following General Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which include our Privacy Policy where relevant, so please read and abide by them.

Anyone can play the game, but please be aware that anyone under the age of 8 may find certain elements of the game too difficult.

RULES OF THE GAME

This competition is open to UK and Eire residents, excluding employees of Penguin Books Limited, their families and anyone else connected with the competition.

Prizes are limited to one per person. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes. No cash alternative is offered for the prizes.

• This game will run from 14 February-14 March.
• You will be required to set up a team (of no more than 5 players). The game will give you instructions how to do this.
• In teams, you will then be required to complete various weekly tasks online, as directed by regular emails. The aim is to increase your team's score in order that your team gets as high a score as possible.
• The team of players with the highest number of points at the closing date of 14 March 2005 will each win an iPod mini - a maximum of 5 iPod minis can be won. In the event of a tie, the judges may require the players in question to complete a tie-breaker. 10 runners up will receive a copy of the paperback edition of The Supernaturalist by Eoin Colfer. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning this competition.
• Subscription to the game means that Penguin will only contact you for the duration of the competition unless you have agreed to receive other information via email.
• You will have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time by logging into the 'Your Ranking' section of the website.

A list of winners will be available after 14 March by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Supernaturalist Online Game, Penguin Books, 80 Strand, London WC2R 0RL.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for corrupted/illegible entries or entries which fail to reach us for any reason.

Winners agree to the use of their names for publicity purposes.

It is a condition of entry that all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
